An unreleased song circa 1982. This would have taken its place on the Real album. The song is not in general circulation.

Another correction.
“Miles and miles a smile” should be:
“Miles and miles of smiles”.

Lyrics for Lullaby For Ezra from the Real album (from Tony Reay on YouTube)
This is absolutely beautiful song. I’m not sure what the lyric is after “He didn’t need a car”, whether it’s “For Ezra” or “Poor Ezra” or “Far Ezra” or “Oh Ezra” or something else.
Lullaby for Ezra
Ezra left his home
He walked out alone
Where had Ezra gone
Nowhere
Ezra walked for miles
Walked for miles and miles
Miles and miles a smile
All in time
Ezra
All in time
Ezra’s fine
Walking through the night
Ezra saw a fight
Knew it wasn’t right
For Ezra
Ezra saw the sights
Saw some coloured lights
Ezra knew his rights
All in time
Ezra
All in time
Ezra’s fine
Ezra travelled far
Where the mountains are
He didn’t need a car
For Ezra
Then they made him king
Heard the people sing
It’s a funny thing
All in time
Ezra
All in time
Ezra’s fine
All in time
Ezra
All in time
Ezra’s fine
You’ll do fine
When you don’t owe anybody Ezra
Think this is the correct lyric
Ezra travelled far
Where the mountains are
He didn’t need a car
Our Ezra
