RIP Brian Wilson

Sadly, it’s been announced today that the legendary musician, Brian Wilson has passed away.

As many of you know, Kirsty was a huge admirer of him and The Beach Boys.  She first heard ‘Good Vibrations’ when she was 7, playing it for weeks and eventually, working out all the components. The single was actually released on 10th October 1966 in the United States on Kirsty’s 7th birthday.

She released her wonderful version of the Pet Sounds classic, ‘You Still Believe In Me’ as a single in November 1981 with the runout groove, ‘GOD BLESS BRIAN’ on the A-side of the 7″.
