If anyone has any artwork inspired by Kirsty or her songs please let me know and I'll be happy to promote it here.
English
Bob does interesting stuff with "virtual
photography and sculpture" on his Morphography
site, using using
Poser - a 3D computer graphics
program that was originally devised as a replacement for the traditional
artist's wooden mannequin or lay figure. Vaguely humanoid shapes could be
posed in realistic (or unrealistic) ways, then used as a guide for drawing
or painting.
The program has attracted an extensive community of enthusiastic
artists, and now includes animation, dynamic hair and cloth simulation, a realistic
ray-tracing render engine - enough to make a photorealistic image or even a short
film.
Here is English Bob's interpretation of Celestine from the Poser 4 Gallery.
